As a Product Consultant & Strategic Designer at Whirlpool, I worked on optimizing the end-to-end service experience for Whirlpool’s leading brands in Brazil, Brastemp, and Consul.

There, I worked across DTC and B2C business models to strengthen the digital ecosystem, designing frictionless service journeys and aligning complex business goals with data-driven solutions to enhance the delivery quality, while improving usability and the user interface in a SaaS e-commerce setting.
